New Moon Resolution 10

I’m stunned at just how fast the year seems to have gone. It doesn’t seem right that we’re three quarters of the way through 2015, or that I’m here to make my tenth New Moon Resolution.

I think this time I’ll be committing myself to something gentle, but inherently good for me. With the nights rapidly drawing in, I’ve noticed my energy levels are diminishing. So my resolution is simply to go to sleep at a reasonable time, and also not submit to the lure of staying in bed as the mornings get colder. As lovely as it can be to just lay in bed and read all morning, it usually leaves me tired for the rest of the day, and struggling to sleep that night.

Hopefully, I can get myself into a nice, regular sleeping pattern before NaNoWriMo begins. It’s really not long now!
